This 2-day Supply Chain Analytics Masterclass is designed to equip Supply Chain professionals to make data-driven decisions to successfully transform their organizations into Intelligent Enterprise, bringing efficiency and accuracy with data analytics and new technologies.

Objectives 

This Masterclass will enable you as a Supply Chain profession to;

  1. Drive Strategic Decision Making: be able to help organizations bring together Supply Chain, financial and operational data from various siloed sources, providing a unified view of information that enables you as a Supply Chain professional and your entire business partners to make better strategic decisions. This will enable you achieve the lean supply chain. Companies can use supply chain analytics to monitor warehouse, partner responses and customer needs for better-informed decisions.
  2. Timely Reporting. Using PowerBI to create dashboards that enable your Supply Chain department to quickly arm business managers with accurate, timely Supply Chain reporting so they can make more data-driven decisions and run a more profitable business.
  3. Manage Risks. Supply chain analytics can identify known risks and help to predict future risks by spotting patterns and trends throughout the supply chain. You will be equipped with tools that will enable your organizations to proactively uncover emerging market trends and helps them navigate the risks associated with operations, advertising, product distribution with a greater degree of confidence and efficiency.
  4. Enable Supply Chain Planning and Analysis. By analyzing customer data, supply chain analytics can help a business better predict future demand. It helps an organization decide what products can be minimized when they become less profitable or understand what customer needs will be after the initial order.

You will be provided with Analytics tools that enables Supply Chain teams to leverage real-time internal and orthogonal data to improve Supply Chain performance, increase profitability, and capitalize on growth opportunities.

The Masterclass will also introduce you on how to feed Supply Chain data into sophisticated data models, algorithms, and tools to gain actionable insights. You will be given hands on tools that provide insights in the form of visualizations dashboards.
